Considerations
Ask Your Institution about Discount Rates. Some institutions get discounted or government rates with specific hotel chains.
Be Careful about Timing. Boston hotels get full during graduation season (late May, early June). In particular, the Boston University, Simmons College, Northeastern University and Harvard Medical School graduations impact hotel availability around the LMA.
Priceline. Boston City Zone 4 (Copley Square) or Zone 2 (Brookline) are probably your best bets for zone-based bidding. Short or moderate commute on the T (subway) Green Line trains.
